International Orders
International orders cannot be processed by the shopping
cart at this time. There are Adobe fill-in PDF order forms that are available in
the various category pages on the shopping cart that can be used to place your

International orders will be shipped via Surface Mail. If you
are ordering from outside of the U.S., import

taxes and/or
brokerage
fees may apply. These charges are not reflected in the total shipping and
